• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or breach these terms.

• Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Listings are offered on a paid subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or homepage feature).

• Payment is due in advance via the methods provided on our website.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• We operate a strict no-refunds policy.

• Early cancellations will not result in a refund or partial credit.

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of their billing cycle by contacting us in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Cymru Connect is not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by businesses.

• We do not guarantee increased sales, leads, or enquiries.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by the use of our directory.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms, without refund.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
